Currently dealing with the exact same stuff as you did, I was making really good money from my editing agency. However, due to bad decisions and shiny object syndromes, I lost everything. I literally downgraded from level 100 to level 0, and it is now freaking hard to even get back to level 1 that I had already passed in that business. But at the same time, I am grateful that this happened to me at 20 years old. I know this is part of a test where God is testing me and showing me the real beauty and real nightmare of running a business. Even if my business fails, I know it wouldn't because I am going to keep doing this no matter what. I learn best through experience, learn that there is no money fast, there is always pain, and good at the end. Thanks for making this, because this is me in that situation right now.

Maybe you should rethink on the agency as well, there's nothing wrong with having multiple source of income. You just have to figure out a way how you can stay away from the technical part of thing and manage the business. I recommend you read E-Myth Manager. You can still manage all, i think its to look at your strategy
