Reset procedure is the same for 2013 -15 and models newer has a different reset procedure - bonnet and driver door,ignition on and press brake pedal and accelerator pedal at the same time for 60 seconds

From what we have found this is the easy way to remove tensioner without removing allot of parts, tensioner was replaced due to audible noise when idling and indentified as worn out spring on tensioner.

Hi from the factory where they clamp the wire there is too much strain and over time the wires break off. We relocate the factory plastic clips on the harness to give the wires free movement

Yes remove the cover and check the wiring,they often break off
Is it a problem with all 2.0 petrol engine versions? I am looking to get one with the Ford sourced engine (241hp), from what I found out it seems to be the most reliable option.
If its front wheel drive the mounting setup is different and they dont have the same issue, if its rear wheel drive and engine is mounted longitudinal then mounts is an issue. However we have found various reasons for vibration ie. Cam gear failure,balance shafts,stretched chain,misfires.
What was the problem?
Engine mounting failure, be sure to check geaebox mounting aswell. In this case you could see the engine mounting collapsed
