Please don't buy or rent any property here, it's a disgusting place to live, they will rob you in every possible way, lift does not work most of the days, when you will enter in basement, you will feel like living in a gutter, the bad smell will make you puke, zero maintenance, water problem, electricity bill will come 4 times higher that any place, the security guards will harass you all the time insted of protecting you, I live here, this all is coming from own experience, it's a hell hole, you will regret million times, one of the worst soceity in greater noida, I pay 17k every month, doesn't have 5k quality life here, I will just vanish the day I will get a decent place to live, it's a nightmare, and hopeless soceity
