Whos Country is this?
Just lovely!
Great job! Really good stick control and dynamics on this solo. I once did a military style snare solo in 7th grade, and I got inspiration from rudimental drummers such as John Wooton and Steve Smith. Thanks again for the great video, and happy practicing!
Nice flams
Felicidades. Tocas muy bien.
As a Russian, this is a catchy song, well I should be civil and bid you a happy 4th of July to the American People, God Bless
This will get viral
Based and Independence pilled
First
Can you please make a tutorial of how to play it😅
Sounds like over the hills
beautiful
i think the drums are too loud for the fifes to be honest
Holy crap this is outrageously under viewed! Glad to see such an interesting reenactment community on film! Had no idea these type of events even existed.
Great job, young man. Consider the Hellcats when you’re ready for military service. You’ll fit right it
Great job, young man.

A Hellcat in the making! Good job and good flams!
It makes me sad thinking that lads like him went into battle alongside line formations in the past. It's a great honor to those drummers that you keep up their tradition. Keep drumming!
Great job, Knox, both in drumming and film editing!
You’re going places my friend!!!!!! Great hands!!!!!
Nice audio
Congratulations to you young man I see so much talent in your drumming and it shows me you have a great drum instructor always keep your drumming skills
I am 73 and just learning rope-tension snare drum for a living history activity. I am in awe - you are awesomely talented.
I apologize for not replying to your thoughtful comment sooner. I have been in Ivoryton, Connecticut for the Junior Fife and Drum Camp. I am pleased that you find my drumming to be skillful. Keep practicing, and who knows where it will take you!
Where do you get your drum sling
Thanks for the question. I got my drum sling from Dave Loyal at Loyal Drums. Currently his store does not sell this model anymore, however there is a nice selection of slings offered at his online store. Here is a link to his drum slings: loyaldrums.com/collections/types?q=Drum%20Straps
Very Good! Rudiments and control….thanks for the video
This is super clean, looks great, you seemed relaxed. Well done! Love the old style snares. I had a chance to play on a Cooperman and it felt amazing. I'm curious where you got yours: did you have it built or was it passed down?
Thanks for the comment. Terry Cornett of Heritage Drum Company built this snare. You can visit his online shop at: www.otbrass.com/RopeDrums/hdc_about.htm
Well done!
That's great Knox!
That was awesome! Take delight in the LORD, and he will give you the desires of your heart. Psalm 37:4 looks like you’re on your way! 🥁
Fantastic performance!!
Awesome job. Try to keep track of the timing when you're not playing. It helps if you 'hear' the bassdrum part jn your head. But very impressive 👏 👌
Awesome!
Having 34 years in the U.S. Army (Active & Reserves) retiring as a Command Sergeant Major E9, I'm very impressed with the young man's talent.
That was amazing! I am impressed with your skills at 1:17. Towards the end your hands are moving so fast that it's a blur! Hope you post more awesome videos.
How'd you do?
Well done Knox!!!!!!
AWESOME 👍 KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!
Excellent! Keep drumming!
That's our little man! Love you Knoxy!

Good drumming Knox! You’ve got the eye of the tiger!
