Jiu jitsu/wrestling Journal:
I’m Yvette & I try to train as much as I can with my kids at home or at our local gym. My main training partner is my youngest son Diego.
I’m a PURPLE BELT level in Jiu Jitsu. Both of my boys have trained in gyms both Bjj and wrestling. I’ve never wrestled myself so my kids show me how to wrestle and I’ll usually “roll/do Jiu jitsu” with them in return. Both sports go hand in hand so it’s perfect 😍
