A Quick (Less than 20 Minutes) Full Body Strength & Endurance ISO Movements Workout
Today’s workout is a quick full/total body strength and endurance with ISO movements HIIT workout at home. No equipment needed just using our own bodyweight. Total 10 different exercises, 2 exercises have to do left and right. Each exercise is 45 seconds on and 15 seconds off. All right, grab a yoga mat, let’s start sweat now.
Okay... Keep a proper healthy diet and do at least 20-30 minutes cardio and resistance workouts as your weekday routines. Relax or do stretches to recover your body on weekends. When you follow along with my workouts, you will get a strong and amazing shredded and toned body. My time is ready, let's do it now.
