Girl those definitely was some beautiful homes I don't even know how you even can pick which one you would want they were all so gorgeous one of them you showed I wanted to buy the whole place and all the stuff that was in it it was so pretty. That was the one with the white dinette set with the chairs to match at the bar that white wooden dinette set was really nice. And then you went to the next one it was just as gorgeous you said you would pick that one if you did not get the cottage I thought that one was nice as well. You definitely have a choice to make because they are all so beautiful I wouldn't even know how to tell you which one to pick. I think you're going to make the right choice whatever one you pick they were all really nice. It was a lil difficult to keep up. So as far as manufactured home, I'll go with the first one. But as a real estate agent. I've been hearing a lot of bad talk about Clayton homes. I also like the 1st and 3rd modular. I wanna like the 6th one more, but you didn't show the upstairs in any of the homes that had it.😒 Nowadays, you can change anything to what you want. 🙃 Negotiate. Negotiate. Negotiate. But everyone knows that must buy the land first!

Hello Felicia, I understand exactly how you feel concerning the the manufacture homes. You want to feel as though you are living in a house. I would install sheet rock to eliminate the vertical borders. I am a woman but I know how to do construction and decorating. The Black family on I.A.G. farm only paid $30,000. It’s an older older mobile but the husband remodel their 3 bedrooms.

What was the orice of the last modular on the video? Where is this located and I wobder if it can be placed here in GA?

It may cost more, but these homes should have options just like a regular home. You just have to talk to the dealer when you are ready to purchase.
