The GEMINI gate motor systems are rigidly built for reliability. The electronic control card on your motor makes provision for the several unique features, such as remote controlled gate opening, pedestrian opening facility, obstruction (“impact”) sensing, adjustable “auto close” facility, infra-red obstruction sensing facility (optional) and normal push button operations for your gate.
Our objective is that of making your life just that little bit more comfortable with the use of the gate and garage motors, but with safety as first priority. A dedicated group of independent gate and garage door motor installers is available if assistance is needed and our technical support is only a phone call away.

Thanks it worked. The sensor was just cleand with old soft tooth brush.
My garage door motor only goes to the close position. Even after stopping at the closed point, when you press the remote to open, it pushes the door more instead of pulling open. Please help

What is the lifespan of a gemini battery? My gate motor was replaced last year but now the battery no longer works and every time when it rains the gate motor stops working. What could be the problem>
Hi,Thank you for reaching out. Lifespan would be hard to calculate as it all depends on the amount of openings per day, the pull force of the gate and also the charging of the battery. The batteries we sell and use in our motors have been tested to supply the best results for our GEMINI motors. Please note that the lifespan might also decrease if the battery runs more cycles. (Meaning discharging and charging up again) If your having a problem with a battery not lasting you can always install a bigger battery for your motor that would increase the duty cycle and should last longer during power outages.
How would you remove a single remote from the motor instead of all of them?
Currently you can only erase/clear all the programmed remotes at once.
What can i do if i want the gate to open more wider?
Hi Normally you can just adjust the stoppers on the rack and move it further away from the motor and then reset the motor so that it can relearn its new limits.

Another aspect causing the same problem is relatively loose mounting bolts of the gatemotor.
Help sir. I have correctly done according to your lessons. But the issue is the, the gate when it reaches on stopper, it's still not stopping rather it's still rotating. What could be the problem?

Good day. I bought myself on of these brackets for my germini motor. When I lock the bracket with a pad lock. The whole motor locks up. The motor doesn't work. When I remove the bracket the motor works. What could be the problem. Thanks.
@dwaynebanks9059, sorry for only replying now hope you have managed in the meantime it might be that the bracket interferes with the magnet and the reed switch I have seen this once in the past. You can check to make sure the red lever is properly closed and that the magnet inside it did not move down perhaps.
