Hi Syed, For Salesforce QA it's good to have automation skills as experience and along with that most important is you need to learn Salesforce Admin. So I suggest you to first understand Salesforce as a platform then Salesforce Admin, along with this your Automation skills can be an added advantage

@@amulyareddimalla actually in my intial days before working as manual tester I learned Salesforce admin part to become Salesforce developer but due to some situations I ended up as testing but still I have intrest to work in Salesforce soo I want to know whether selinium with jave which am learning now will be useful for Salesforce qa Or not?

But for Certification and Job interviews they go very deep with Salesforce Admin concepts. Please try Focusonforce for Certification and you can watch my Salesforce Admin playlist along with that to get practical understanding.

Please learn Salesforce Admin concepts as mentioned in the video as well before starting Salesforce Testing. Once you learn you know what Salesforce application is all about then Testing process would be same for all applications. Specifically to Salesforce in this video only I mentioned what things to be taken care while testing.
