@@My_Toy_Soldiers Not really,Let's say it takes 5 days to paint and base a set of soldiers,then hopefully get paid £50 to £60 for them,then eBay takes a percentage then you have to post them.If I could paint 3 sets a week,lol, then I could make money 👍👍

Wonderful stuff! 👍🏻🎅👍🏻 Could you please post a link to the company that does the dragoons in the description? Also, one criticism: horses do not have human eyes. Doing them in black or a burnt umber brown would suffice. You only usually see white in a small corner or horses eyes if frightened or similar and then in the opposite side of where they are looking.

@@randolphmagee Hi Bud, at the moment i I'm painting a box of 28mm Frostgrave soldiers for my youngest who's 25 but I'm also painting 18-20 mm metal Napoleonics for a big Waterloo diorama I'm planning with buildings and fields. I started it some time ago and I'm now 60, so it should take me forever😎🛵👍

I see you've made the bows and weapon hafts stand out by painting them in clearly different shades from the man holding them. I'm realising that is the way to go for my own armies, the weapon's gotta stand out at this scale.

just bought these randolph , did you use a ant shine varnish or would you only use that if you used a quickshade light tone for example , lovely figures by the way
