Welcome along to the Cooking channel with Cla.
I'm Cla and I've lived in 3 countries before (London, Auckland and Sydney! all country were awesome!) then I noticed that sushi and teriyaki are very popular Japanese foods in the world.
However, there are many other delicious dishes in Japan. I felt that want to introduce other dishes as well to the world.
Therefor, all my videos will cook using Japanese ingredients that can be purchased overseas.
every week on Friday I'll be uploading a new simple, easy and delicious Japanese dishes for you to enjoy!
But, I'm still learning english and cooking(I used to cook but It was my own style.)
sometimes I may speak an incorrect English. but I'd be grateful if you could teach me a correct English.
please go easy on me! thank you!

In the video,I referred to 500 watts for about 3 minutes, but generally 1 minute 30 seconds to 2 minutes is sufficient.
((My home microwave oven was too old. Apologies!!))
800 watts = 55 seconds to 1 minute 15 seconds is OK.
1000 watts = 45 seconds to 1 minute is OK.
It's been a long time since I've updated the video and I've really enjoyed it!
Thank you to everyone who came to see it.
I will start making videos again this year, so pls come back and give me a 'like'. lol

Your Nana is a star 🙂. You should change the title to something like 'Japanese Tuna and shredded carrot stir-fry - ( Ninjin shirishiri )'. Love that you cooked the carrots using the oil from the tuna. I really enjoy videos with people serving the older generation their cooking and getting their reaction... but I would love to see Nana say .... You should have used or done such or such (... ) and then it being recooked and seeing how that turned out 🙂. Getting advice from the older generation to improve peoples cooking... that would be very interesting and informative to watch, and also keep alive traditional techniques. Liked and subscribed, 👍
