Very interesting 👌 👍
👍👍👍
What engine are you running on that ?
It’s a Rotax 377 (smaller bore 477/503)
Волосы сушит
Seen / heard to many negative thing's about the rotax engines, im ole school ,yes they work 😮
Most of the issues people have had with the 2 strokes are user error, for example not changing fuel pump diaphragms, or improper mixing of gas and oil
@@aero_nwa do not know nothing of use in aircraft ,but do know of aircraft since the early 60s, amd yes 2 strokes are very different ,be safe and enjoy, I miss flying, dad is gone 😢
Nice 303, I have some miles in one of those as well as miniMAX's. 👍🏼
Awesome! It’s coming along!
Wow!!! Cool work man!
Because the front fell off i gotta use this one next time
I think you’re gonna need some wings!
They’re getting close!
Living actual dreams! Don't stop!
lol the audio is killing me 😅
Clarke and Dawe were a pretty funny duo. Front fell off is a classic.
Is that a fly baby?
It’s a Fisher FP303
Sounds like an angry hornet.😂😂😂
One word; muffler
Three words: it has one
В чем смысл.
I was breaking the engine in
That undercarriage will not do well in a hard landing
With over 300 flying for the last 40 years I think it’ll be just fine
Colombia Cartago valle
Is there any movement (travel) in the suspension? It's my first time seeing this aircraft.
There isn’t! The struts attach to the outside of the axle. It’s actually very common in ultralights
Thank you for the reply. I was curious.
The in line two cylinder ROTAX engines are unusable for aircraft use. They produce to much vibration and dont last many hours because of insufficent lubrication.
I’ll keep that in mind🤣
Is that a "Piet"?
It’s a Fisher Flying Products FP303
deffo test it for long periods, best be safe than sorry! good luck!
Fingers crossed!
did you build it?@@aero_nwa
Back to the Future: You Need Power😊
😊👍
STOL!
Imagine if it was actually a heartbeat tho 💀
Oh but it is
Hi, Nice Videos!! please let me the total cost of rebuild.
The total rebuild cost me about $600 when all was said and done. That being said I did have to replace a lot of the ignition, so you could do it cheaper.
Thanks!! where did you buy the parts. I have a rotax 503 which I am planning to rebuild.
lionparts.com/collections/engine-snow What I did was find a sled that had my engine. It may take a little digging but if you need help just reach out!
Thank you. I really appreciate it. I am also thinking about the same route. I am building a Tukan Trike from plans I bought from the designer. Engine and wing are the two most expensive and important parts. Thanks again!! Cheers!!
Never use rtv
There’s no way to make a gasket for that case. The case is split in a different axis than motorcycle or similar cases and doesn’t allow for a cork or otherwise gasket
Perhaps “Gaskacinch” for the cases? I recall using that on the Kawasaki.
@@aero_nwa correct....spot on. If done right, like you demonstrated here, there's absolutely no problem with using RTV.
If the two stroke engine runs lean it will overheat more often.
This engine came from the factory with fan cooling and Someone removed it causing the rear cylinder to get insufficient cooling and in turn the seizure
Hi what are the numbers of those siels
They’re from lionparts.com sorry I don’t remember the numbers
Hello, can you please tell me the original part number of the CDI box and ignition coils for this ignition system?
I can’t remember, sorry. They’re all on lionparts.com
What airplane is this? I’m building a Fisher 303, and thinking about using a Rotax 377 as opposed to the 277.
That’s exactly what this is!
Subscribed! The intro video looks like a mini-max or Fisher 303. What plane are you building?
Fisher 303
The neighbors love this guy and his front yard airplane with no wings 😅✌🏻
Whats this song called?
instagram.com/reels/audio/907447137273065 It’s a remix of tainted love
32/1 helps
You should do more vids of your plane, sounds interesting, also subbed 🙃
Thanks, will do!
I forgot it looped this so i watched like 5 minutes of the same things
Wish you posted more. Love you bro<3
Hi....how to make this plzzz mention link of that vedio
