Shout out to iZeeker trail cameras on Amazon. The footage was captured with the model iG400 set at 1080p (2024 edition). Trail cameras are evolving quickly as price point comes down year after year. You can see definition of the deer hair in this low light situation and ok definition out at 35 yards to the young black bear.

This BC bear the biggest yet in 2024! A week after the release of this video I was hiking in to check recheck this camera when I had a feeling something was watching me. I looked up to see this big bear slowly walking towards me at 50 yards distance. I yelled "bad bear" & started heading for my vehicle. Peace & love

Hiker vanishes in Kootenays

Cliff Roy was an avid hiker & one with nature. He did not believe in carrying a firearm while traversing the backcountry as he talked to animals and trees. On a spring like day in 2024 he was checking his trail camera when all of a sudden he vanished!

Bull elk missing an ear! Who did it! This is trail camera footage from the West Kootenays. Last year there were kitten tracks in the snow tagging along with a momma cougar and I often capture cougar on this hill. You are correct about it being a decoy, but you need to get outside a lil more. That is a hen turkey decoy.
