My first experience at Seoul Tower was in 1983, when I was a Captain stationed at Yongsan Army Garrison, which is no longer there (the Eighth Army headquarters was moved to Pyongtaek). Namsan was also my home because I had an apartment there.

Those are stamina food and my favorite. I have been eating those for a long time, but there hasn't been any problem. I take anthelmintic about once a year. We can order those online. I can see if it is eatable or not, just looking at them. It has to be very fresh. The cooked cow stomach was the food for people recovering from illness.

A very interesting history going back to the Joseon Dynasty (and probably before).

Visited this café in August 2015 with my Son`s now wife just before their wedding. Its was a fun place to spend an hour or so, a bit more expensive than a normal cafe, however, its in the middle of Insadong on the silk road, very busy tourist area. Did you know that Starbucks in Insadong is the only one on the world where the sign is not written in English, its in Hangul. This district has special Korean Heritage Status from the Government, no English is allowed, only Hangul, how cool is that. Nice video Justin, brought back some nice happy memories 💩💩💩
