None of this is going to be of any help to the youth, what will transform their lives is continuous effort to develop themselves, in their areas of interests to be the best in the market place of interests-money/jobs/fame will follow exceptional performance, govt employs just 5% of the work force, which are disengaged/semi retired on day one, the other 95% struggle, develop and prosper and make a difference to their lives and those around them.
