Sure great for Phoenix NO HUMIDITY ! Also for a cold dry climate. But for mid Atlantic and southeast, it simply won’t dehumidify .there is nothing wrong with it , it’s designed that way. Size, price, thermostat agnostic ,are good points, great at efficient heating but it simply doesn’t can’t handle humidity….she is very forthright-we wnat a dumb thermostat, we don’t want. A variable speed fan, etc….THATS. Why it wont control humidity. It will fight to maintain that cool o efficiently indifferent to humidity. Great solution for Phoenix, poor portion for Atlanta….latent comfort is as if not more important than simply cooling.

Looking for a quick response on your input on using ac filters for a facemask insert for virus prevention due to our shortage of n95 masks. I've used a 3m 2200 filtrete ac filter and cut to size for a mask inert. Could you provide your logical thoughts on the safety vs harm of this. Many people are recommending 2 sheets of fabric,coffee filters, paper towels, vacuum bags etc. Any insight?
