Nice I'm trying to get mine going I have a 420 and it will not start for any thing it do and I try to set up the carb and it stop and it's been two days and can't get it to start
Have you taken the head off? If you have I’d check the valve lash. If you haven’t it’s almost always the carb. I’d take the carb off and give it a good clean or get a new one.
Looks neat, lucky you got a hemi, i have a removed governor, “mikuni carb”, wiener pipe with silencer, and soon to get 18lb springs with clear valve cover. I might post a video once i get it installed.
Still does not tell us how to set the ignition timing once it is running.
If I still had my hardbody I would make a video. It’s pretty straightforward though. Put the clamp on plug wire 1 start it and adjust it accordingly

So should I do it at top dead center or 20 degree like the sticker on the hood says
