Bro, Did u got answer that BCA grads is eligible to apply & get selected for this or not? I've passed out bca in 2024 and thinking join tcs/wipro but they give just 13k, so if i study & get certifications in aws then will i be able to apply or not?

Certification has nothing to do with pay. It’s a myth created by many coaching institutes. If you have experience and have certifications then it will boost your resume and would give you an edge on others. Yeah you might negotiate a bit while discussing salary but don’t expect that it will increase your salary drastically.

If you do not have prior experience of TAC or dealing with customer (especially support) then it would be initially challenging for you and yes hectic too. But yes there are people who loves TAC profile jobs since they love interacting with customers and diving deep and troubleshooting the issues. But not everyone enjoys this kind of profile as there are targets and metrics one needs to meet every month and also ensure no negative comments comes from the customer. So yeah now take your decision wisely 😊 I hope I have cleared everything

Thanks Anushka. I am glad that the information helped. Well for the project, I would first recommend you to learn CCNA if you are interested into Networking profile. Once you have brushed up your concepts then make use of simulators like Packet Tracer or GNS3 and configure network devices and enable routing. This is just a small part. Apart from it you can show different technologies like Ether Channel or maybe configure ACL on top of it and show how devices can be blocked from communicating.

@@DeepakBhandari_ Sir, BCA degree pe Tcs/Wipro me 2 yrs experience waale ko Aws me cloud support associate ke role me lete h (if we do aws certificate & study cloud, networking, OS) Bcoz i saw one btech guy video who joined aws on CSE role but he said the eligibility in AWS for this role was either Btech/MCA and only 0-2yrs experience. So, if someone has just Bca degree then Are they eligible to apply or not?

I would say that depends person to person. One needs to learn different technologies side by side too. But for sure, no one can match the amount of knowledge TAC engineers have for their product.
