We listen to 320k MP3 which is no FLAC but close! Sorry you think it sounds like crap, but a recording can only capture so much of the live experience and we've been trying to improve the recording quality. We do enjoy other music on the speakers! However this channel is focused on Italo Disco, Hi-NRG, Eurobeat, and Eurodance. We enjoy and love the sound of our system immensely, which is what truly matters, and we probably listen to our system more than most audiophiles!

I do! The room is on the 2nd floor (wood houses in America lol) and our neighbor is in the same building so we don't want to drive them crazy haha. There's still enough bass to enjoy the music. I'll try increasing the bass a bit next time!

@@cmessi I keep the bass knob on the Denon in the middle default position and set 32Hz at -14dB and 64Hz at -7dB with EQ

@@theshyguycrys2429 I've listened to Eurobeat from Initial D since around 2005, but I'm fairly new to the real world of eurobeat (started getting serious in 2022). I have a lotta catching up to do lol although I've pretty much listened through all songs from most of the major labels. I really love Bratt Sinclaire and Roberto Gabrielli's songs (particularly the Beaver ones), and I love almost every song from Maharaja Nights. But there are tons of songs I love from everything else too. Current collection is at around 4500 songs, but that includes Italo Disco as well (eurobeat led me to discover Beat Freak, hi-NRG, and eventually Italo Disco lol)

Hey thanks. Yep they sound nowhere as good as in person! This was recorded with a Zoom Am7, so already much better than the phone's mic (then I had to pay $17 for a recording app because Samsung's default video app compresses audio), and I already got another Zoom H1n-VP recorder to try in future vids, so hopefully it will be better, we'll see!
