Looks like Harry was maybe having a panic attack. Rubbing his nose might have been a signal for his bandmates that he was feeling the anxiety. Harry rubbed his nose and Louis put his hand on Harry's back to reassure him. Then Harry takes a big breath and feels better. That's what I see watching the whole thing. Nothing weird going on people. Looks like Louis being supportive to someone he cares about.

Ok I'm probably going to get backlash for this (oh well) but as a young teen I absolutely adored 1D and am a huge fan (I went to over half, if not more of there concerts and events throughout their time from X Factor to their last tour and performances in the USA) I been watching a lot of old footage of stuff since Liam passing and I have to say now that I'm older something just seems off. For instance check out the video starting at 25.59 to 26.05 where I swear Harry tells Lou "brilliant man, absolutely good work" and reaches over and shakes his hand.. almost seems like a PR stunt of stuff going on behind closed doors BUT I will say I had some AMAZING times, made great memories, had so much fun during this era... Great music and amazing performances.
