Crazy part is Conan being her boss has nothing to do with it. She makes the excuse that it was because they're like family and forgets he is her boss too. She stepped over a boundary and offended him in front of people and that's something that you shouldn't do even to family, even with someone you're close with.

Sona compliments Andy for being the funnier on the show and Andy replies with a 'thank you' - this is extremely humbling as many would shut that down with a 'oh stop' or 'you're embarrasing me.' Saying thank you after a compliment is such a down to earth and humble reaction.

Conan and Craig Ferguson were my favourite talk show hosts. Mainly because they were very human, very not corporate, very not politic and never had problems with making fun of themselves. They didnt punch down, they didnt insult people for voting wrong, them seemed genuinely interested in other people and not just in themselves and so on. What we are left with now in that category is just depressing...

Andy isn't that funny, is the thing. Don't sign up to be the sidekick, knowingly and voluntarily, and then harbor some inferiority complex forever about it.

I mean….if you have trouble working for someone you see as a friend/brother…had to yell at them at a board meeting…that says more about you than the blurring of lines. Glad she corrected herself but why would you do that to your friend either way?

I took it for granted having you guys on my TV every night. Now that you are not there i find myself really missing all of you.

Conan seems to be the best and the worst in the same time version of Max Headroom we don't deserve. What I mean is he so real, human, truly intelligent and genuine it seems to be the biggest lie that it isn't. He tries so hard to make everyone happy and laughing that it becomes unbearable to accept. Being an absolute example of strengths a man could have he exposes idiots and having meaningful interviews with guests he shows us there's much more than it is on the screen. Long live the best TV show host, Conan O'Brien
