This is very hard to follow, very subjective and doesn't seem to have much to do with the actual puzzle. For example, why are 4 historical figures the theme of 4 puzzles, even though there are no direct references to them anywhere. We have three solved puzzles and none of them look like what you are proposing. Why do you think that is? This is creative on your part but very unreasonable as far as a potential solve.

You next clue in there in the painting as well for the next line. Hand over hand for Handover street next to MLK pool and Martin park where you would stand in the stand behind home plate and listen to the birds/Martins in the pool and hear the cool clear song of water.
