I won't even say which is the better show. I'll just say that the storylines of A Different World spoke to me far more than any episode of The Cosby Show. It should have had twice as many seasons as it did. I wouldn't even mind a reboot to show college students facing modern racial and sociopolitical issues today, instead of another HBO show about young women looking for boyfriends and cheating on them 2 episodes later
