Next project: fixing the barn door.
😄I think no repair will help there. This place is very ancient. I have loved to look there since I was a child. But time is uncompromising. The time will come to simply dismantle the barn. But I have already seen a few more interesting artifacts there, so to be continue)
nice doc!
Thanks! ☺
nice video my friend.....
Thank you!
Gut gemacht Herr Doktor 🫡
Vielen Dank mein Freund.
That's a stunning piece of work, nicely done 👍
Thank you. Gained a little more experience. But I still need to work on my techniques
Another great restoration! Enjoyed this video of you showing where the stove was found, and the journey to it's final finish! The music is an added bonus and quite delightful to hear in the background! Keep up the outstanding work and have a Merry Christmas!
Thank you my friend.

I love these type of stove, I've just done a video of an old Beatrice no.33 single burner on my channel. Been waiting a long time to get my hands on one. Great job👍🏻

Are the yellow tongue & groove panels at 18:30 upside down?
I think that I installed them correctly, since gravity should press the upper panels into the lock with the lower ones, and not the other way around.
Elég hülye az aki divatból feketére festi a műhelyt. Minden por, kosz meglátszik rajta, ráadásul sötét lesz a műhely miatta mert nagyon cseély részét veri vissza a fénynek. Sötét helyen dolgozva a saját szemed baszod haza.
Fantastic 👍👍
Thank you.🙂
Must have taken weeks of sheer hard work but beautifully done in the end!
Thank you! Because of the shooting, it took the whole summer. Nevertheless, it had to be done.
Congratulations on the great work. It's the first time I've seen such a practical and tidy place. I'm from Brazil, but I really liked it, I'll follow you.🇧🇷❤
Thank you very much! I am very happy with your subscription. My greetings to Brazil.

There are always personal preferences with workshops. I would not paint it a dark color but that is minor. Well done! Please do 6 month follow up on how it worked and if anything changex❤
Thank you. If you are talking about the changes and work of the workshop, after the reconstruction, much more than 6 months have passed. My workshop is already three years old. I just uploaded this video retrospectively. The changes are not significant. You can see them in my latest videos. It is convenient to work.
I painted the walls dark because I knew exactly what I was going to shoot here. The dark gray color is ideal for working under artificial lighting, as it does not give color reflexes. To visually expand the space and avoid the feeling of overhang, the ceiling was painted white. I completely agree with you that light walls are better for a workshop in its classic form.

Beautiful work! Just when I think that I've seen all of the fine restoration videos on UA-cam, I find your channel! I know what I'm doing this weekend. Thanks!😄
Thank you! I am very glad that you found my channel. I am lucky to have loyal subscribers. It is a pleasure to add another one to their list)
Great work! I'm so freeking jealous! Did you inherit all of the equipment, or was it your own mess that you made a decision to organize? Where in the world are you? It seems to be semi-tropical, but alot of the labels are using the cyrillic alphabet. Great work on the JAWA poster! Thanks!
Yes, it is mostly an inheritance from grandfather. My family and I moved into a new house and spent several years putting the house in order because we ran into bare brick walls. The garage served as a transshipment base or warehouse. After finishing the work on the house, all the mess ended up in the garage. Cyrillic on labels because I'm from Ukraine. Thank you for your comment!
@@Dr.Pepperovsky Wonderful work, and I'm sending you and your Country prayers. Thanks!
@@bradincaliphas Thank you very much! I really appreciate it.
You ever come across one with heavy rust pitting and holes all over it? I have an old dietz monarch that was incredibly rusted. Got the rust off using molasses but now I’m trying to figure out how to fix all the crazy pitting and holes. Almost looks like too much to solder. Great job on this one! Subscribed.
Yes, met. If these are parts of the lamp where there is a high temperature, you can use a special heat-resistant polyurethane glue as a putty. If these are parts that heat up to 80-100 degrees, you can use putty with aluminum filler as in my video. There is also silicate glue. It is well suited for places where there is direct fire, but it is a little difficult to work with it, since it is hard after drying and not plastic at all.
Great workshop. I love the Jawa posters.
Thank you. I made this poster myself as I couldn't find one that really showed most of the lineup. In general, I designed all the posters from my workshop myself. I have dreamed of something like this since childhood.
@@Dr.Pepperovsky Wow, excellent work.
@@fritz4345 Thank you)
Ya he resuelto ambas preguntas.🙂
Saludos
@@AnicetoPortielesGonzalez-y9y Sí, cualquier aceite sirve, lo principal es que sea de origen orgánico. Girasol, olivo, calabaza, lo que sea.
Quizás con el tiempo agregue subtítulos. Simplemente no tengo tiempo para hacerlo ahora.
Bravo ❤
Thank you!☺
Way too many close ups, never been so dizzy. Nice workshop though
nice
I remember we had one of those for when my parents didn’t have any money to put in the gas meter. This generally happens on a Thursday, So we had beans on bread and butter. And a boiled egg for breakfast. The good old days. Im 62yrs old 😂
Yes, we take too much for granted these days. But even my childhood was very different in terms of wealth from what it is now. We must appreciate our current situation.
Finally!! a workshop video without Unnecessary RGB lights
Hi, what materials do you use for cleaning and rust removal etc. Please explain all the steps for those who are beginners. Your channel is very good. Just explain all the steps of construction or repair, also explain the materials you use in repair or renovation or construction. I wish you increasing success.
Greetings! Thank you To remove rust from crevices where sandblasting cannot reach, I use a citric acid solution heated to maximum temperature. I dipped the knife in the solution for 20 minutes and then rinsed it with cold water. Once again heated the acid solution and re-immersed the knife in it. Washed again with water. After wiping, I wiped the knife with vegetable oil to stop the acid reaction and at the same time not to damage the dark oxide layer.
In general, I do not describe all these processes because my channel does not pretend to be educational. My content is entertaining. I'm not an expert. Most of the processes that I show you, I mastered specifically for the video. On the Internet, many people and professionals share all possible technologies. If you have any more specific questions, ask them, I will be happy to share the experience I have already gained. Good luck to you in your endeavors.
