was trying to find a reason, like the fact the original is too high for him, but they play it tuned down a step or two so it cant be that. from my own experience, might just be me, but its quite a breath-y song to sing and it wears myself out a lot so maybe that's why? im not exactly a professional vocalist tho so take my answer with a grain of salt lol. itd kinda make sense tho cos they did used to play it as an acoustic version which isn't as tiring to sing.

​@therealthev well, I sing regularly and despite not being a professional coach I do know that Sleepwalking in particular is sung right in the passage between head voice and belted voice, so it takes a lot of control and skill to perform it well without running out of breath or forcing your voice, specially with such a tight space between lyrics to breathe Oli is a great singer but he does struggle a lot with control, hence why they probably don't perform it very often (not bashing him, I love him, just stating a fact. He also did pretty well in this performance) Another example of a song of that type is Numb by Linkin Park, alongside many others by them lol.

I remember hearing this song the 5th/6th time they played it live, and then progressively over the years, he’s definitely got better at it but it’s always been a struggle

I actually prefer John’s vocals. Jordan harmonized with Oli better, but John has a suitable tone when singing alongside Oli.

Jordan's work was excellent!
