Did they build this over the rapids ride that people died on?

While I do love cons, November onwards is just way too hot for them. Something like March/April and October/September is not too hot or too cold. I was a War Boy (Dad was Immortan Joe) and we were sweating even in the aircon. Wish we had a con in June/July...

I drove past there today to get to Springbrook national Park

Went yesterday and I hate that they always seem to overplay the Police Academy characters. Otherwise this is essentially another copy paste of previous years minus a few of the better shows they had.

Well spotted Shane your spot on here Ricks cafe is the best deal going in the park for $39 really good value, if your hungry this is where you need to go.

The rainbow entry and palace facade are both great the rest is a big let down rides are ok but overall not the world class attraction that was being promoted during the build a big disappointment overall.

Omg 11:58 you met the Wicked Witch of the West 🖤💚🖤💚🧹 my favorite wizard of Oz character. The new wizard of Oz theme land at this theme park looks so amazing 🤩.

I went yesterday and it was a scorcher. You’re right, every time you walk in or out of Oz it is magical. Inside of the Emerald palace is a popular spot for people to chill out. The new rides are worth it. Though yesterday the Kansas Twister and Wild West Falls each had a breakdown but got back up and running.

They really need to add a lot more theming to these blank walls, also add a lot more props in the area where the Emerald city facade is. Very bare

Any idea around wait times over the past few days? Deciding whether to go tomorrow or wait for Saturday. (I know both will be busy) but are we talking 30min waits or 2hr waits like the park down the road?
