However, this song you mentioned was a particularly significant influence, and we’re not going to deny it. Joy Division is one of our favorite bands, and we absolutely love them. With great respect, we also pay tribute to this band and all the post-punk bands we admire from the ’80s. Thank you for your observation brother and for listening to our song. About the lyrics, we're Spanish speakers, and when we wrote them, some grammatical errors in English slipped through that we didn't notice at the time. Later on, when we reviewed them, we realized those details, and now we make an effort to pay more attention during recordings to ensure the lyrics are correct in terms of grammar, coherence, and consistency. That said, the lyrics were organically written by us, the members of the band, and we also took some poetic license to avoid altering the vocal melody too much. Perhaps we didn’t give as much importance to those grammatical aspects back then, but it’s something we are much more mindful of now. And, well, as happens with Cocteau Twins, sometimes lyrics can act more as a sonic element than a literal message. We deeply appreciate your support, wish you great success in 2025, and send you all our love and respect 🖤🙏🫂
