This Christmas, we celebrate the greatest gift ever given-the entrance of Jesus Christ, our Savior, into the world. His presence changed everything then, and it continues to inspire and guide us today. Our faith is the foundation of our lives, and it brings us joy to give generously, especially during this festive season.

2024 was a year of transformation in our industry, marked by changes in business practices, challenging financing terms, an election year, increased inflation, and rising ownership costs. Together, we navigated these challenges with planning, adaptability, and prayer. As a result, we are thrilled to end the year with our top production to date! In 2024, we closed over $31 million in production across 38 transactions, helping nearly 80 sellers, buyers, and investors achieve their real estate goals. We are overwhelmed with gratitude in a year when statistics show that half of Realtors completed one or no deals.
Thank you for trusting us, many of you repeatedly, as your Real Estate Advisory team. Your support enabled us to give more than ever to our local, national and international aid partners.
