Archery Backstop Setup
Переглядів 69Рік тому
I have designed and built a collapsible, portable archery backstop. It required roughly $250 in materials. Most of that cost was due to the dense woven, 5ft by 6ft archery backstop blankets. This video shows how the collapsible backsop unfolds from its stowed position. Check out the sister video "Archery Backstop Test" showing how it captures arrows that miss the target.

Waco Radial Engine Sound
Переглядів 2414 роки тому
There is no sound quite like that of an aircraft with a radial engine. Here is a very short clip of a Waco biplane taking off. Turn up your volume and listen to the distinctive sound of its 755 cubic inch engine as it passes overhead!
Waco Biplane Aerobatics

See what loops, rolls and spins look like from the pilot's seat of a Waco biplane. Also, get a close up look at the 1930s era 'art deco' design of these beautiful planes.
COVID grounded planes in the desert
Переглядів 1494 роки тому
COVID-19 has transformed part of our desert around Tucson, AZ into a giant parking lot for modern commercial airliners. This video was taken from a 1930s era biplane. Thanks to retired American Airlines Captain Phil Parish for shooting the video while I took off from Pinal Airpark. As you watch this short clip, imagine all of the unemployed pilots, flight attendants, ground crew, maintenance te...

This video demonstrates the "No! Yo!" prototype - a Laser Social Distance Marker (LSDM). The designer wants to donate the intellectual property to combat COVID-19. So, share this with as many people as you can. Let's convince one or more companies to commercialize it!

Aerobatics in my Super Decathlon... Introduced CrossFit friends to loops and rolls.
Great footage!
That was GREAT...THANKS!
Nice. However, you might consider caging and locking your AI before flying aerobatics.
Graciaaass por el magnífico vuelo!!
Hermoso. Avión!!!! Blplano
I could do without the music, engine would be great
So cool
-- Ah, what a beautiful classic bipe. I like the location of "whiskey compass"!
Love Air Cam
A very beaitoful airplane and nice flying!
Can't wait to see how they fly with the new props coming on line!
Had my speakers turned way up high to hear your weak voice and then you started that engine. BLAM! GET A REMOTE MIKE and SPEAK UP next time.
Great video ! Does anyone have the GPS coordinates for Shooter’s Hill in the Marana / Oro Valley neck of the woods ?
Love your plane. I fly in the U.K. and we have nothing to compare with the area you can fly in!
We feel fortunate to have so many wide open spaces to fly in... and land on!😃
Just saw one of these land at Valkaria A/P in Brevard County Fl wondered what it was.
My friend Arlo has one in Lake Havasu Az. I've flown it and It's a rocket!
Is this a music channel?
do you find it easier to fly with a stick vs a yoke?
Yes! Control feels more natural.
Nice music. What state, location is this?
It's in Arizona just outside Tucson.
@@tomfournier4259 Perfect, thank you for the reply. Looks the the desert here in Southern Nevada where I live.
Need more history on the WWII aircraft for your story. 😊
Awesome vid. Find yourself an audio guy/gal to balance things a bit in post. Goes from barely audible to ear bleeding and back again. Would make it that much better.
Reminds me of a Woody Pusher
If only I had the Green Stamps.
Great video ,you really "dont" need the music/noise distraction!
What has this rehearsing rhythm section to do with this plane? Jee, this is annoying. No idea music could be a no no no no no no no no NO!
I have to ask, did you scout the wreck from the air?
A friend of mine was scouting the old airfield and happened to spot the wreck.
great video, ruined by stupid, "ear banging music"
Very enjoyable video. Thanks Tom.
The best part about flying is coming in, steadily losing altitude, on a controlled final approach to landing. 🤠
Fournier is a well known name in French aviation, I have flown in a Fournier aircraft.
Nice! A few years back I was thinking about getting a Fournier too.
I like the "N" number: N123AF
I’ve been sweet on the Aircam since “Lewis and Clark by Air.” A neighbor was the back-up pilot for the project.
That was a GREAT video! Thank you!
The sounds of flight is never enhanced with music, what were you thinking. Turning volume off now...
What did you say?
Must of been a drug deal buster….
I can barely hear the voice over the music.
The music is the worst part of this. Truly awful.
What a great video!!! Very nice plane.... Not far from where my 'Home Base' is located.. Beautiful aerial scenery... My only regret of moving out to the Desert, is not doing it sooner...
know
What a shame the audio is crap.
Hi, I notice a lot of stick authority on flare, is this normal with this type?

What an amazing air plane , great for exploring
Speak up. I can’t hear you.
Agree.
Nice guy, great video but please speak up and stop mumbling.
Agree. I thought I was going deaf until he fired the first engine.
I hate Aircam, two good engines for that pile of t...s.
That twin beech was on a drug run years ago between Mexico and Mesa Falcon field.
Man! I really enjoyed this. What a great concept; Beautiful exploration excursions. Just a friendly guy and his special plane. Thank you.
Glad you enjoyed it, Carter!
Since you Anglos aren't familiar with proper English, the name for your ",wash" is arroyo (Are roy yo).
Hi Tom, I'm Wayne. Nice to meet ya'.
Hi Wayne. Thanks for visiting my video. Great last name you have!
If you whisper over dumb sht music no one can hear you anymore. Have you thought of that Tom?
