To me , light yaki is like silky straight with texture.

I usually get the chinese raw virigin hair but, I would like to try the vietnamese raw virgin, but I'm curious how it reacts to water. Does the straight vietnamese raw virgin hair behave the same way when it's wet? Or does it react to humidity?

Hi Anthony- I've spent the last 2 days asking your team if at all they can customize this similar color I've been told it's not possible with any hair you sell. The sales representatives also seem very reluctant to offer any solution they are pretty negative. If you don't offer custom color please take this video down it's very misleading

I would say that's the only product I was disappointed in that I purchased. Which was the drawstring ponytail. The hair was beautiful but the construction was really bad. You could see the tracks even when closed. If you moved your head the hair would fall out of place exposing the track. Even in this video you can see the tracks. It makes me sad because I've order clips ins, wigs as well and the hair quality is sooooo good. So I have to continue to at least buy the ponytail from another company. The down side is the construction is amazing but the hair quality is not that great. But at least I can wear them without the tracks being exposed

If you go to the police, they will tell you to call the credit card company. Never refund a customer without speaking to PayPal and having them send a confirmation email that it’s really PayPal. Call them first. Scammers are evil! If it’s international,they will not cross federal lines for $700. So sorry that happened to you. LOVE your hair and customer service!

Hi Joice hair. I enjoy your hair. Are you guys going to make human crochet hair? The Kanekalon (synthetic) hair is very toxic and unhealthy. May be consider making a light yaki, loose curl, medium curl, tight curl and a loose wave human crochet hair. Thank you!
