These Saudi shows should be treated like non-canon filler arcs. Most things that happen don’t matter, except for a small teaser of the next progression of the main plot (which is the bloodline)

Gunther, has never cheated or tried to cheat in any of his matches even going all the way back to the UK it's just not his style and it wouldn't make any sense for him to do it in a match that has hardly anything to go for it. I wonder what it was that made them _finally_ decide to cut their losses and get rid of Borin Corbin after all this time.

Corbin was one of those guys that Vince loved and gave chance after chance to be a star. I knew his days were numbered when Vince was gone and he's not Rock's 3rd cousin by marriage or whatever.

Two things, yes Seth, he sucks, should have lost and personally I dont enjoy his gimmick. 2nd, the saudi show is not for you. Just skip it since it is meaningless. It is a one off every year paid and programed by the Prince to see what he wants. No company is saying no to fifty mill, but you can skip it since it is meaningless

It's generally a lot easier to jive with the Saudi shows as a whole when you accept the fact that they're never good and never mean anything, because they're paid shows just for the saudis that get put on streaming too because why not. Might as well be another fed as far as watchability and continuity are concerned for the regular WWE audience.

The JBL thing stood out to me, sure i dislike him but there was a clear disconnect between what JBL was hyping him up and then Corbin coming out with the same music and gimmick

But yeah if you have to turn your head for a minute or so, you may miss something. 46:20 I would have rather watched it at 10am. I had to go into work at 12. Watching at least part of it live would have been better than the replay.

Seth Rollins is one of the most stagnant acts in WWE. I have honestly never liked him much, but the last time he interested me at all was the Cody feud two-almost three years ago now. But I disliked even his first main event run in 2015, and actually pretty much stopped watching until 2021 or so. And when I came back, I noticed that Rollins still sucked lol. The only thing that has changed is that he's fat now. Otherwise, he's the same. Rollins takes every aspect of his performance and cranks it to the maximum, pushing past the line of intensity and veering straight into absurdity. It’s as if he’s so eager to appear larger than life that he overplays every expression, every taunt, to such an exaggerated level that it loses any sense of authenticity. Instead of enhancing his character, the over the top approach turns him into a caricature and a clown. I hope he goes to AEW so I won't ever see him again. And neither will anyone else in the world.

The writing was on the wall when a year ago when he trying to save his job in nxt putting on the best performances of his career

Agree 100% about Corbin

It was easily the weakest WWE event of the year, but it wasn't bad. It's an obligation for WWE because they're making so much money from it and these events haven't hurt their popularity back in the US so I don't see them ending anytime soon. They remind me of a big budget In Your House.

There's only so much time Triple H can dedicate to correcting the mistakes of the Vince McMahon era. Corbin's creative direction was awful under Vince, as was everyone else's over the last 10 years. Maybe he could have been a top heel if Triple H was running creative during that time, but the time to do that has passed. They have younger guys to push now. That said, if WWE are looking to raid TNA, letting go of a few wrestlers they aren't using compensates TNA and the indies to some degree.

They gave Corbin EVERYTHING and he couldn't make it work.. Tegan was a HHH favorite that just didn't work out.. Indi is the only one that looks bad for WWE.. She got everything they gave her over the last 3 years

I agree so much with your takes on Seth Rollins. I haven't been invested in him since his 2022 Cody fued. Seth's biggest problem is refusel to evolve. He's still playing his goofy dorky 2022 heel persona, even though he's supposed to be a babyface....it worked when he was a heel because we were supposed to mock him and make fun of how much of a dork he looked but now we're expected to magically ignore the fact he looks and acts like a dork? Also he really oversells his promos/in ring trash talk to the point it's comical imo.
