Sāshtāng Namaskar
This is the way, how Men & Women should do Pranām to Bhagawān or to another person out of reverence.
This video is showing men performing Sāshtānga Namaskar (Touching of 8 parts of body to earth) and woman doing a modified form of namaskāara (kneels down with palms joined together) to express their complete devotion.
In our Hindu culture women generally not perform 'Sashtang Namaskar' because woman's breast and womb are considered sacred as they nurture a new life and revered enough not to touch the ground.
This namaskar is believed to be a form of destroying our ego. Sashtang Namaskar, which signifies modesty, is a process of removing our ego.
Namaskar means you are thanking mother nature, God and the divinity within the person to whom you're prostrating.

Om Shri Gayatri Devyai Namaha Dhyana shloka of Maa Gayatri can be chanted thrice before starting the Gayatri chanting Mukta-vidruma - hema-nila-dhavala-chayair mukhair-tryakshnaih, Yuktam indu-nibadha-ratna-makutam tatvarthavarnatmikam Gayatrim varadabhayankusa-kasam subhram-kapalam gadam Sankham chakram atha aravindayugalam hastair vahantim bhaje I pray to the three-eyed Gayatri, her five faces tinged with shades of pearl, coral, gold, sapphire, and white, whose crown studded with precious stones is topped by the moon, the embodiment of utterances signifying the Supreme Truth, who wields the goad, the whip, the white skull, the mace, the conch and the discus (in six of her hands), and holding a pair of lotuses in each hand, displays with the other two the mudras conferring boons and fearlessness. Thanks
Благодарю❤🙏🙏🙏
From her side what she can do is: 1. Go on time. 2. Talk properly to the instructor about medical history or if you have some specific ailments so that the other person knows what you should do and what you should not. (Information about this part was not mentioned in your video so I have to assume that they didn't communicate well) 3. Use common sense. She is mother of two, she has observed two child grow in front of her eyes. If she knows she has pain in cervical, she can easily decide to say no to shirshasana. 4. Since this is not mentioned properly in video, i am assuming that she might have joined some group session, rather she should find someone with one to one practice approach. So that she can be taken care well. Which will come with the added cost for sure.
Thanks Sooo Much much
Very nice Ms Bavisker 🙏
Thanks a Lot... Thanks a Tonne... 🙏🙏🙏🎊🕉️
Om Shri Gayatri Devyai Namaha As per ancient texts like Sreepad Sreevallabha Charitraamrutam, each syllable of Gayatri mantra activates a specific power in the body. Thus 24 powers are invoked corresponding to the 24 syllables of Gayatri mantra. Gayatri mantra can be chanted 108 times every day after bath , facing East. This is because East is governed by Surya Graha in Jyotish and is the source of Pranic energy. We must thank Rishi Vishwamitra before chanting as He , having received it from Brahma gave it to the entire humanity. Gayatri mantra is from Vedas and any Vedic mantra has strict rules of chanting. The accent, flow etc have to be only in a particular approved manner There are a few approved methods of chanting depending on the Shaka (Branch). One of them is as below ua-cam.com/video/lgCjFY2rK9w/v-deo.html The All World Gayatri Pariwar has described Gayatri mantra and procedures in detail. We can study www.awgp.org/ In Manu Smriti it is mentioned that in earlier times even ladies used to chant vedas and gayatri. Many modern sages like Swami Sivananda and Sri Sathya Sai Baba too have mentioned that Gayatri can be chanted by ladies. There are about 25 Women rishis of Rig Veda such as Aditi Dakshayani, Apala Atreyi etc. Thus Gayatri mantra can be recited by ladies also. Thanks
Om Shri Gayatri Devyai Namaha Earlier I was chanting Gayatri mantra randomly without checking the facing direction. One day in a dream I saw a person standing opposite to the direction of Sun and chanting (Sun rays were falling on his back) Since then I am following directions as well. Basically we have to face east in morning and noon and west in evening and ideally should also view the Sun light outside. => As per current neuroscience research exposure to morning sunlight increases our cortisol levels , leading to better metabolism , immune function and ability to focus. It also helps regulate the circadian clock ,our bodies internal clock, that helps regulate all bodily processes. Facing west in the evening and viewing the evening sunset may signal to the brain that the body needs to be brought into the state of relaxation (Research is ongoing on this). Thanks
Om Shri Gayatri Devyai Namaha Gayatri is a chhanda or a method of versification consisting of predominately three lines of eight letters each.In this style we find many mantras of many deities. Apart from the 8|8|8 Style which is predominant , Gayatri has around 10 other variants. In Gita, Shri Krishna says that among all chhandas, He is Gayatri, thus the gayatri style of versification is considered most powerful. Rig veda has 2456 mantras in gayatri chhanda. A follower of any particular deity can chant His/Her Gayatri mantra 108 times daily. The Mahanarayana Upanishad , Section One ,can be referred as it contains several gayatri mantras. Thanks.

Some gurus says it is not 'SUVAHA' it is SWAH. Sri M ,who was initiated by none other than great guru Sri Baba ji also said that.
In the Krishna Yajurveda Tradition it is suvaha. In some other traditions of is svaha so it depends on which lineage one is following.
@@RealmOfDamaruthis is correct. The only thing I would add is that some in the Yajurveda Tradition add the Pranava before the Tatsavitur…..
Correct. Pranava and the Vyāhrtis can be added before the samhita path.
Sai Baba cantaba suvaha
