I don't think that's feasible. The video is 10 years old, and now at age 52 I don't think I'm up to it. Also, I moved from Truro 7 years ago and no longer have access to a facility.

Yes, it was brilliant to be doing proper boxing in front of a paying audience of around 800 people. www.ultrawhitecollarboxing.co.uk/ and, yes I'd love to do more, but it would have to be in my back garden in Exeter unless you know a locksmith or sign up to a UWCB event. I can travel.

I think that's a bit unfair! Especially compared to a lot of the UA-cam offerings. I don't know what "suck" means (being literate). I guessing it means "this sucks". Well, buddy, you should check out some of the other "boxing" on UA-cam if you want to see what sucks. For a 40 year old lawyer sparing with a 30 year old stockbroker I think we did OK

I'm still training (or I was until lock-down closed the gyms) every day (five nights boxing training and two at PureGym (cardio-vascular based classes; concentrating on abs). In lock-down I'm still doing a boxing work out most nights. Not bad for a bloke who'll be sixty in eight months
