the pin on mine is stuck - though I can rotate the steering box freely, the pin seems corroded to the box and no matter how hard I attempt to knock it loose, it will not budge. thoughts??

Steering box replacement with David Blaine's little brother

I have one and it doesn’t work. Rhodan said it was Simrads software. Just talked to Rhodan and they say still not fixed. I waited forever on the list to get when it came out….. bummer

My steering went out on me this past weekend..when try to turn left or right I get a red light on the far right light and and a noice but not a beep more like a error could this be my steering box??

Biggest piece of shit you’ll ever buy. Trust me these are pieces of shit! Directional control box has plastic gears that will break. You will replace the board with in 2 years. I’ve had mine 6 months and worked on it constantly. Please do yourself a favor and get a Minn Kota.

Thanks for the informational video!' I'm about to pull the trigger on a trolling motor and its a tossup between the Rhodan & Minn Kota. I like the Minn Kota, a friend has one on his 28' SeeVee, that we just tested for the first time yesterday. It performed flawlessly! But then again, I like the sound of the Rhodan also, especially the simplicity and portability of the remote fob. I'm discussing options with my installer. I live in Sarasota, and Rhodan is a local company here, a good thing in case of any problem.

Is it only the Bluetooth model that work like this
