Have a good question? Is a home health care aide considered as a 1st responder like similar to an EMT, firefighter, police etc. Even though we're not seen in the same light as a EMT firefighter police doctors etc Since we'd be the only medical emergency response till an EMT firefighter police would be able to show up on the scene???
