A very enlightening and enthralling interview of Philip, and many thanks to Murray for doing the interview. Entirely agree with Philip that there is far too much "musicalisation" (I like that word; have added it to dictionary!) in BBC documentaries etc. In films themselves that's a different matter as that can enhance the film, most I think most documentaries can do without musical "support". Your birthday was a month ago, but enjoy the whole year and, of course, beyond.

Super interview Philip. A love the line "one of the great pleasures in performing is when it's over". But not to have a piano at home?
