i have no problem with cross movement, but how could Imaster forward and backward movement?
Forward and backward movements can feel tricky at first, but don’t worry-practice is key! how far one should put leg forward an backward?
Great question! 💃 The step should go just far enough that your heel passes your other foot, maybe a just little bit more, but small and controlled. This keeps you balanced and smooth.
