First update i'm not a fan of honestly. Not sure what problem it solves. Didn't tasks already have checklists? Additionally not a fan of the new list view especially on mobile. can't see task types without going landscape and scrolling to the side and can't see the color coding. hard to see what's happening at a glance and who's assigned to what. also can't click on names and jobs in the mobile list view it just opens the edit tab. The old list view had more functionality. Maybe it'll just take some getting used to, but first impressions are not good and I'm missing the old version

Are payment records for invoice and vendor bill synced with QB? and if they are is this bidirectional?

My client is in WA state and they often pay purchase tax on things from local retailers, that tax is recoverable later from the state. I just wanted to share so you could see that people in the US also have this issue. I am hoping that it will help with our reconciliation problems. Thank you

I am looking for resources for best practices for paying invoices on time and or paying invoices and making sure that we take advantage of any discounts. I have a client who is having problems with their process and they have paid some invoices more than once and they have missed many very attactive discounts and we want to make the process better and smoother. Love it! Can we get an AI note taking feature with the in app camera? walk and talk make a to do list with AI while taking pictures. this is my favorite feature of another app.

Is there no sales tax where you live? You woud have to manually calculate sales tax on each line of the receipt for this to work like you show it
