We used a concert anchor bolt , placed the bolt in the hole and them tightened the nut on top

Thanks for your comment Greg, we are unsure if we will comply. When we submitted our plan for the front yard our block was flat ,after that they put the road . Our block is a lot higher then the road but we will make it work

@StephDuffin May I enquire how you submitted your plan? I have found Providence not helpful with assistance. Ie. were you naming plants and locations of? Cheers
