Adam Nickey - Escape ( Official Video ) [ PURE BREAKS ]
I present to you my newest track called "Escape".
It's a Retro with this rolling-breaks-meets-trance hybrid style :)
This song refers to the late 90s, when I was just starting my adventure with music production.
At that time I was fascinated by the sound of synthesizers and video games. Video games were the "window" into electronic music that I fell in love with. Anyway, my first tracks were created mainly on the PSX console :)
To create the song "Escape" I mainly used analog synthesizers.
Also old ones like Jupiter 8, Roland JP800, Oberheim Matrix 1000, Roland JV1080.
Therefore, creating this piece was a pure pleasure that I haven't had for a long time.
I am very happy to finally share this song with you !

"Escape" refers to the years 1996-1999 and all electronic music from that period. I'm glad you noticed some similarities! I thought I was the only one that old here. The end of the 90s was rich in electronic sounds. I wish more producers would be inspired by such classics as "Haddaway - What is love" or Gigi d'agostino "in the 2023 version it's really boring.
