My full beam goes on both Half beam only on left And 1st turn on on left Would you say it's the fuse??
You probably have a bad earth connection on one of the lights. Start with that.

Thanks for that I would never have guessed that, why would you. Car companies going to extraordinary lengths to scupper the home mechanic, you need an engineering degree to change a bulb these days, but having to remove the headlight and front grill to get to a fuse box, wow
My high beams wont go on but will flash so could that be a fuse in this fuse box?
Hi. No it won't be the fuse. It will be the high beam relay. Get someone to flash the high beams and listen in the bonnet for a clicking sound. Replace the unit that is clicking.
