How blessed you are for fostering Buddy ~! He is a joy.

I think you guys did a fantastic job fostering " Buddy " . With the exception of feeding him raw hamburger. Raw is fine with wild animals, lions, tigers, bears. However, anything raw for a pet, like a dog or cat, can make them very sick. So cooked hamburger is just fine, or kitten specific food. They used to make a product called " Tender Vittles " , which would be perfect for buddy. Save a life, adopt a cat or dog from your local shelter. 🐾🐾🐾🐾 🐯🐱🐯
