Would you need to get your car re-tuned after installing this? In my 19 ZL1 i cannot hear stock lid/super charger whine due to the aftermarket headers/ exhaust noise does your car have stock exhaust( Did NOT sound stock) and do you think it would make a difference in my case?

What is fitiment like for 2015/2016 C7 Z06? The hoods changed in 2017+
No issues with fitting the Lid.
Did I missed the Dyno comparison?

Oh it's bad ass!!!! It is far louder on my ZL1 then it was on my ZO6
Maybe cause of the Hood design of ZL1, plus no real padding on hood... IDK Maybe.

@@mechanicalpower6768 So according to that dyno info, that lid is really only superior to the 15-16 stock lid, if I’m reading it properly. It’s also slightly unclear if the before/after was the same or different tune.
@@TBagr Power gains resulted in +11 RWHP and +14 RWTQ on a Hole Shot Mustang Dyno on an otherwise stock motor and stock tune in a 2017 Corvette Z06. In a next month or so we will be installing it on a ZL1 and running a dyno again. We will do in-depth review and provide more data on before and after LT4 performance.

@TBagr I'm not sure what you watched but it's pretty clear the before / after and it's obvious it is superior to any lt4 lid hence why people swap tye zl1, ctsv lid too . My guess is your either too stupid to comprehend it as ALL the info is in video with testing or you just like to be a jackass and argue .... probably a bit of both. 🍿 I will await your highly intelligent response with popcorn ......
If your in the market for an LT4 lid I have done a lot of research and shopping... This in my opinion is the best option out there!!! Cosmetically, quality, fit and finish!! The only thing more you could ask for is the option for meth/n20 ports. Will buy again for my next ZL1

@@Zle_blacklightning I couldn't be happier, I haven't made a new video but I traded my ZO6 in for a ZL1 Camaro and the lid works even better on the Camaro, probably because the noise reduction on the vet under the hood was better but I love the blower sound on a ZL1

Sooooo its just a cover ?
tbf, alot, especially the chevy SC's, come with a pretty solid piece of metal, to deaden the sound, underneath the SC. you can remove that and it will give you more or less the same results...but maybe this lid has some tech on it that will make it even louder.
