@@MuchoStuff Thank you! Also, one more question really quick - Is there a specific density you used for the 5mm? I’ve found mostly 86/kg m3 on amazon and i’m curious if that’s dense enough.

Ive never tried foam off Amazon, but it wouldn’t hurt to try it. I got mine from sks props. I only used 5mm for the base because I didn’t want to be too thick when I put everything together. Hopefully this helps

Glad I could help! From my experience, contact cement has worked the best. I've tried a hot glue gun (it sucked), super glue (only works for little pieces), and I've tried E6000 (didn't work for me). You could try adhesive spray. They have different types depending on how strong you need the hold to be. I've never tried it before but that might work. Good luck on your build!

The base of the mask is 6 by 4 inches. And then I just made all the pieces fit that. I’m hoping to have downloadable templates soon

The only thing I can think of is to screenshot the templates I put and just printing them smaller. I’m currently trying to figure out how I can make them downloadable so anyone can just print them. Hopefully this helped

The overall shape of the blade is 5mm and for the lower parts is 10mm foam

The base is 6 inches by 4 inches and I just made the pieces fit to that. I never measured those pieces so, I actually don’t even know the size 😂. You can do it with any size foam. It would just come out better if the base was thicker. You can try stacking the 1mm foam. But for all the details pieces you can use the 1mm and it’ll come out fine.
