I wish my 4th grade daughter was only starting with moving from larger units to smaller. :( I feel like that would have been so much easier! She just started conversions last week and has never struggled so badly with something. They are doing all conversions already, and within US Customary and also the Metric system. I’m struggling too and momma just feels like crying! 😢

I completely agree! This is my first year teaching and I know how important it is to be there for my teachers. I am kind of stressing myself out because I want to be the best coach possible and make sure all of their needs are met. I'm afraid I've already overpromised. Thankfully, the year hasn't officially started so I can make some clarifications. I appreciate your tips! They are so helpful. Some new, some great reminders!

I had an iCoach interview today and watched this 2x before going in. It helped a lot thank you. One question that was asked a few times but in different forms was how to recognize a lesson that had rigor, how to support teachers to increase rigor, etc
