Bro my allen heath Qu 32 digital mixer some times not working the touch screen and the faders and some times its all the switchs are not working and some faders are vibrate or not perfect working. How i can solve or solution pls give....
Hello, I installed 4 brand new Alps channel faders in a xone 92 and I get audio bleed with the faders all the way down and the master at normal level 11, 12 o’clock. This is with the channels set to “off” disengaged from the crossfader. If I assign the channels to the fader, sliding the crossfader to the opposite side kills the audio bleed. Any thoughts on what to troubleshoot? Thank you.
I just finished your repair method on all 4 main channel faders and I must say it's a great fix. They all sound smooth and quiet. I did have one issue with channel 1, the right channel is a good 6db louder than the left. This was already the case before the fix, do you have any tips on how to fix this?
I guess +6db on a single channel has nothing to do with the faders. You should look through the entire signal path to find out where do changes appears. Use tone generator and an oscilloscope to find out this issue
Can you help? I have a xone 96, 2 months old, And the filter button is stuck in the on position, Like it got stuck. And ideas????

IT's normal because you need fader with resistor value of 100K, ALPS fader is only 10K
dudu, awesome help, what can I use (from home equipment) to clean oxide film ?

Which 1uF caps did you use? 20v?
20v is fine
Wow this is an awesome fix. I will try this before ordering replacement faders.
Hi, do you know what the original part number for this zone 92 fader?
Hi. Very instructive procedure. But, does not afect the impedance or the curve of the pots by paralleling both ? Thanks
Hello. It will affect overall resistance and output resistance, but not curve. Less output resistance yield more control current and less noise.
@@djfix3408 ah. Ok. Then I assume that these faders work whith DC. Now I understand tha caps you added. Thanx again.
tell me the voltage and microfarads of the capacitor ?
omg had to mute
What do I do for a xone 62? Need to replace my cross fader can’t find anything:(
how about lube? at least on the rails, or ami wrong?
