Hi Bobbie, I know this video is old but I was looking at your playlists for research 🤓 Thanks for doing this detailed comparison! I have and love several Chantecaille and Koh Gen Do foundations, and I wonder how Suqqu compares? Do you have experience with those brands?

You did a great job! I need to do this too, but I tend to be unreasonable. If I’m gonna explore more C/J/K brands, it has to be done 🥹 The Suqqu blurring formula is my favorite ever and I totally agree about the shiny packaging being much better than the matte.

Amazing collection! 🤩 You did not show the new products from your recent hauls. (Lol, I am patiently waiting for the review for Feev orange blush- My Besties). My favorite current blush is Benefit- Butterfly (orange color). The only orange blush I have. So I am waiting for your thoughts/review to extend my orange collection. 😅

The only reason I took a chance on the Tirtir is because I saw creators of a similar medium skintone as me trying it. I’m pretty sure many other brands are too light for me, but I’m super curious. Hi! That peach tone looks perfect on your eyes! And I had to laugh because that’s what I do with my bangs too when I’m applying makeup. :) I purchased the Flower Knows blush from the Circus series in 2023, the shade 06 Dusk. I’m slightly deeper skinned than you and it’s a perfect depth mauve. I also got the Cherry Love eye palette in the 05 Vinyl Record color way and love the glitter toppers too. Oh what is the grey lip product you used? I also don’t like when nude colors are too orange, so I’d be interested in something like that. 🩶

What shade do you use for the dior foundation? I got one but it turned out to not be a very great match. Im mixing it rn but im going to get another one in a correct shade after i finish it. And i think we are very similar in skin depth although i might be incrementally tanner and i have a very slight more yellow olive hue to my skin.

I'm in the states and Flower Knows does different product releases in the US and Asia. Different shades are too exclusive. In the US version the shades are slightly more saturated or sometimes we get different shades. I'm not sure why that is exactly.

I think that the Cle de Peau The Foundation is for drier skin. I didn’t apply my sample with a puff, but used a buffer brush, so the result, for me, was good. However, the foundation became more oily as the day went on. It’s not for me and my oily combination skin. However, I do really like their Radiant Fluid Foundation and mix the matte and radiant formulas together. It looks better as the day does on, not worse. It’s a foundation for cooler weather, though, as I think it feels heavier in warm, humid weather. As for primer, I like the Sisley Perfectionista primer. It’s expensive, but a tube lasts for a year. Interesting video - thanks.

Ah perfect timing! i was wrestling with which formula i wanted to try from this brand. My poya wishlist is very full right now and needs a diet (poya is a beauty and lifestyle chain store in taiwan) but ive seen so much from the brand but they all look like a glossy tint or blurred lip in a lot of different forms 😅.

I'm not Asian, but I have light olive skin tone as well and I love K, J and C beauty for this reason, The tones are beautiful!

I would love a review of the powder foundation. That would be great for oilier skin. I love the CDP cleansing oil and softening foam. They don't dry out my skin and remove makeup really well.

I appreciate the tip of how to use a cushion in a more hygienic way with a spatula! this has also kept me from using cushions more often!

Ah i get you. My pores are on the larger side too. I have a hard time finding foundations that dont look disgusting on my skin (my skin is also very thin and peels like crazy bc its super dehydrated but oily 😢) rn my favorite is the bobbi brown skin foundation is my favorite but honestly rn nothing works super well. Ive just been dabbing on some of the canmake trio solid concealer and calling it a day 😅. Thats great stuff i mean it still does catch on my peeling undereyes but not super apparent and it looks pretty good on acne too. The price defs looks like it magnifies any problems a foundation has.

I've also heard from others that the CDP Foundation in the tube oxidizes and is too peachy.

I prefer having a mesh cushion too. I wonder if its sold in taiwan. My mom is there right now. Gonna go on poya to scope things out. My week has gone pretty crap too😅. I spent 3 days straight studying for an OPEN NOTE accounting test and got a 50…. Thats the most pathetic thing thats happened to me. I studied harder for that than any ochem or physics test. Its basically just crushing…. Also finals are coming up and that seasonal depression is hitting so hard esp bc im extremely sensitive to the cold. Im basically just relying on my friend to get my out of the house to study. Enjoyed the vid. I hope you feel better soon.

Would you say japanese eyeshadows are more buildable than korean ones? I feel like some of the korean brands just give you nothing and you can’t even build up the pigmentation. Also can you tell us more about the cosme sales? 😳 I would love to try out some red blushes because of you haha.

I love Timage especially the beautiful and elegant packaging. I have almost all their products except lipsticks and face powder and foundation. I find the products convenient for travel and good for everyday uses. The blushes and contour palettes also double as eyeshadows for me as well. I seriously need to make a taobao acct so i can buy samples.
