Interesting how damaging an unspoken and unresolved anger can be
Very true, unspoken anger never gets resolved.
Unspoken anger never gets resolved

A leader manages people's emotions. Hmmmmmn
Thanks, that was very helpful
Thank you, I am glad it helped
Another point is handing it over to God completely. We need to learn to really cast our burdens upon the Lord
Pay attention to your emotions. Yes, we want to be secure and certain. I first put my trust in God's words and I take issues one day at a time. These videos are really refreshing 😮
Hmmmmmmnnnn Everyone's marriage is different. Yes, many women still find themselves caring for the children and refusing to heal the relationship with their husband, but right now I do hope we understand that the marriage is so important. The Love between husband and wife has to be solid to fulfil purpose. May God help us indeed to raise strong Godly marriages. It takes a lot of work
Very helpful tips 👌
Nice topic to cover, Tolu. However, I would like to say that breakdown in most marriages don't happen overnight. The women who are at the receiving end most times and have endured for a longer time, would also haven been prayer for a long time before deciding to give up on their marriages. Where children are involved, the woman diverts her love to the children and become less expectant from the man. In other words, living and enduring whatever trauma for the sake of the children to grow up under one rooft. It's all about changing the mindset to stay sane for the sake of the children and once they are grown, such women automatically seek for peace and sanity. By which time, the relationship is almost dead. When some women experience traumatic relationships with their spouses, they leave eventually not necessarily to remarry but to heal and find peace.
Thank you for this comment Valentine. I appreciate your perspective and I agree that breakdown in marriages don't happen suddenly. It starts gradually, and happens for many reasons. Unfortunately, busyness is one of those many reasons. This is why we must all start thinking of the long term effects of what is going on in our marriages.
True
