Tomato Hornworm problems in you Garden?? Watch THIS!!
This was too smooth. Nice
Thank you!🤠
Yeah it works if your in soft soil. I live in colorado and are soil is totally different and it doesn't work done try your method any other i deas.
This just saved me a lot of time. Many thanks!!!!!
Glad it helped!
Try that here in hard Georgia clay and watch the post bend like rubber.
Thanks a million!!!
You're Welcome
Say WHAT. THANKS A LOT.
You're welcome!
These are may be American made t posts. What about T posts with no teeth to grab on. Australia T posts Dont have teeth on the side.
Move?
But seriously, there’s a simple method using a short piece of chain and the way you wrap the chain it acts as a vertical cam lock. There’s a YT video or many of it
That is a bit of a problem, for sure. But at least you have gravity to assist in helping the t-posts to fall down out of the ground.
Thanks for the video. I saw you had trunk post with the bark still on them. I was told to skin the bark off the trunk so insects can't eat the wood underneath .
Been trying to figure out a simple way to get this done wout removable lid. Good job!
Glad I could help!
I use a good Ole fashion bumper jack. The old bumper jacks
That works
OMG! Half the crap on utube is worthless! But this works 💪 The first post was difficult, but after that, it was all down hill. Works like a charm. Thanks
Thank you
Great video! Loved the use of the wire! Thanks!
Thanks for watching!
No, I don't have a t-post driver.
Wow! I would’ve never thought to use the wire. Awesome!
Glad you liked it!
Nice
Thanks
I’ve been using your tip for a year now, always works! Thought I’d subscribe ( about time right )😂😂☮✌🏻
Thank you
Thanks for saving me time and money 😊
Glad we could help
In soft dirt, this works well, But not in hard dirt, When the floats are buried deep.
Shouldn't be a need to bury the fins deep, the posts aren't structural, they are designed to hold the fence upright while holing tension on the wire. Try this out
Sadly, this didn't work for me. The posts were locked in tight in this Lower Alabama clay. However, the bucket on my John Deere and a 3 ton come along finally did the trick. 🥱
Glad you thought outside the box. When all else fails, use a tractor
Works amazing… until they get anchored to a rock in the ground.. any suggestions?
If your diving them into a rock, you got some serious strength friend. All fun aside, you will need to use a different removal method. I have in the past, dug the dirt out around the post and cut off with a grinder
Thanks bro!!
Cheers!
It may work in soft soil- - - good luck
It works
Very helpful
Thanks
So does the water beneath the nipple inside get used?
Yes it does mix in when refilled each time. However, I placed it up off the bottom so no sediment or debris plugged the water nipple
Genius! 👍🏻
Thank you
A pipe wrench around the post and a floor jack works too, if you want effortless. (Other than hauling the floor jack around. :-) )
I will give it a try if needed in the future
Method works as long as some idiot didn't drive the post halfway into the ground like the previous owner of my property. This method only served to bend my tposts if they're driven deep. I've noticed every video that shows this method, either with the tpost driver or using a 2x4 only has the post driven about 1/4 into the gound so maybe 6 - 8 inches above the wings. So, yes it'll work but not if they're buried halfway to China.
My daughter in law bought a house, and the previous owners cut the T posts, ground level. She ruined a set of lawn mower blades. I dug one out, a full foot down, then hitting it back and back with a small sledge hammer until it finally broke off. I never did get to the T. I could understand, maybe, if it was for keeping cows in, but there were no cows in this area.
Thank you!
Welcome
Dude, that is absolutely badass!!! Thanks for that amazing life hack! :-) I have 7 to pull today and I was going to grab a chain and my truck to yank em out. LOL
Using a truck to yank them probably would have broke the tposts off in the ground.
Thanks for the comment.
Adorable! These are the priceless moments of parenthood. 🌈
So True!!
Brilliant! Thanks for the tip! I have several posts to pull out tomorrow. You have saved me a lot of work and prevented some colorful swears, lol. All the best to you.
Glad it helped!
Bro you’re showing taken out the post that’s only like not even half a foot into the ground let me tell you something all you need is a car floor jack when that thing is like 2 feet in the ground try to do that your strategy compared to using an automotive car floor jack.
Can you make a video using a car floor Jack please?
Typically you shouldn't need to put them 2 feet deep. However it will work in that application as well. We and most people I know, bury the T-posts to the fins or a bit past them.
I had a chain link post and cut it at 18 inches. Had 60 t post removed in one hour with this technique.
That's great, I am glad it worked well for you
Woooooo PIG Sooie.
Woo Pig
Brilliant. Thanks!
You're welcome!
Wow! Nice garden!
Thanks for visiting
You're the only channel that didn't make putting a spigot on a rain barrel complicated.
Thanks, I try to keep to keep things simple, Learning each day
Watching goats makes me happy. 🤣
Us too!
They have a 5 dollar metal plate t-post puller for a chain, granted, you need a way to pull up, I use my tractor.
No tractors here. However that would be amazing... Tactor is on my wish list..
NO WAY. that's how you get the bulkhead on the barrels that don't have a lid?
Oh yeah!!! It worked great, one year in and its still working well
How long can u keep the pesto??? Do u freeze it??? I just got a house and LOVE basil and would love to grow some and make some pesto too!!!
We Absolutely love pesto!!! We freeze it in plastic containers. It stays good for along time. Most likely a year or more. Ours never lasts that long though. By harvest time the following year..... We are definitely in need to make more. Thanks for your comments and Question. Hope that helps
What is the tool you used to poke the drum called please?
We call them paddle bits.
Won't work on smooth tee post, only on one with teeth.. That's where the challenge is.
I feel your pain. I've never used a smooth T-Post before for field fencing.
if you have a 4 inch metal disk grinder you can make a notch really fast
Thanks for your effort to do this very simple. Good idea, for sure I will do it in my farm in Mexico.
Thank you very much for the comment. I look forward to hearing about your experience building the waterer. Please -Like -Subscribe and share our channel

Great video; love the baby pigs!
Thank You, We are enjoying them very much.
Awesome, get the kids in on it! 😃
Always!
So adorable! Eli’s butt was so cute. Needed to see some Jersak faces!
Thank you
Great video. But I want to know whether the nipple waterer is better to have a filter or not?
Each nipple has its own "screen filter". With this setup and not having to cut the top off the barrel, we do not have any debris in inside where it would be a problem. I don't see any need for extra filters. Thanks for watching!!
You're a genius. Thanks man!
You're welcome!
