Only been playing 4 months and already love this game, here's my run of The Resort's Circuit in 1:24.66 (Time-Bug, in game time differs to the finish line time, turns out it's a hair faster than it appears) - Via the Speedrun.com website I'm ranked 3rd in the world due to this run , that said there's also an 'Unofficial' document floating round where I'd place 7th, either way, I'm proud of this...

What is the time bug and what does it actually do?
PC has a glitch where for some reason it adds time to your run, so this is officially a 24.60 not 66 due to the bug. I didn't actually know this until SpeedRun website told me.

Joshua Lobo no need to understand anything just memorise the shape and practice to sweep it smoothly and clean. I know all the shapes of this arpeggios because I watched this clip maybe 50 times but will never be able to play it since I can’t sweep to save my life. If you can sweep MAB’s 5 string arpeggios cleanly I’m sure you’ll nail Serrana because you have the basic skill.
@@iganpparamarta8813 Many people get through these arps but none of them preserve the nuances and articulation that Jason does here. There are literally worlds of nuances here nobody has imitated since.

it's amazing to go back clear to 1989 and watch this and he still fucking plays the cleanest arpeggios I've ever heard. He had the technical shit down pat, but he also had an amazing ear for melody which is what separates him from all the other copies. You can learn to play this, yea sure tons of youtube guys do.. but they will never have his ear for melody.
